Plenum of the Supreme council of magistracy according to Art. provisions 4, h (Art. 8-1, of Art. 24 and 25 of the Law on the supreme council of magistracy SOLVES 6):
1. Declare invalid the Regulations on activities of Disciplinary board approved by the Solution of VSM No. 144/7 of March 3, 2015.
2. Approve Regulations on activities of Disciplinary board in the edition offered by the Working group founded by the Decision of the Supreme council of magistracy 471/22 of October 23, 2018 according to the appendix which is integral part of this decision.
3. The decision can be appealed in the Highest trial chamber by any interested person in fifteen-day time from the date of finishing it to data.
4. This decision to place on the web page of the Supreme council of magistracy (www.csm.md), and and the Provision to publish the statement from the decision in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
