About classification of X-ray protective products according to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union

According to the paragraph the 2 Item 1 of Article 22 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union the Board of the Euroasian economic commission decided:

1. The X-ray protective products presented in the form of articles of clothing and accessories to clothes (for example, apron, apron, skirt, cape, collar and so forth), made of the material consisting of lead powder (about 80%) and polyvinylchloride, intended for protection of patients and medical personnel against impact of x-ray emission according to the Basic rules of interpretation of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity 1 and 3 (would) be classified in goods item 7806 00 single Commodity nomenclatures of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
