Based on subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 No. 72 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus", subitem 1.5 of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 17, 2014 No. 35 "About approval of lists of socially important goods (services), the prices (rates) for which are regulated by state bodies, and recognition voided some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Determine that:

1.1. retail prices, the prices of the subjects of trade performing wholesale trade on crystal white sugar are determined by the subjects of trade performing retail and (or) wholesale trade (further - subjects of trade), by application of trade or wholesale allowances to selling prices of producers (importers) or to the dootsenenny prices when carrying out revaluation of the specified goods in the sizes which are not exceeding established by the state bodies performing price regulation (rates);

1.2. The instruction about procedure for establishment and use of regulated prices (rates) approved by the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of August 6, 2021 No. 55, is applied by subjects of trade in case of establishment and use of sugar price white crystal taking into account the features provided by subitem 1.1 of this Item.

2. This resolution becomes effective since April 15, 2022.
