1. Create the Interdepartmental working group on questions of providing the population with food products of long-term storage and sanitary and hygienic goods in the conditions of warlike situation in structure according to appendix.

2. Approve Regulations on the Interdepartmental working group on questions of providing the population with food products of long-term storage and sanitary and hygienic goods in the conditions of warlike situation which is applied.

Regulations on the Interdepartmental working group on questions of providing the population with food products of long-term storage and sanitary and hygienic goods in the conditions of warlike situation

1. The interdepartmental working group on questions of providing the population with food products of long-term storage and sanitary and hygienic goods in the conditions of warlike situation (further - the Interdepartmental working group) is temporary advisory advisory body of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

2. The interdepartmental working group in the activities is guided by the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, and also the presidential decrees of Ukraine and resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine accepted according to the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and this Provision.

3. The main objectives of the Interdepartmental working group are:

1) assistance to ensuring coordination of actions of the central executive bodies, JSC Ukrainskaya zheleznaya doroga and military authorities for the purpose of providing the population with food products of long-term storage and sanitary and hygienic goods in the conditions of warlike situation;

2) determination of ways, the mechanism and methods of the solution of the problematic issues arising in case of realization of provisions of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 20, 2022 No. 328 "Some questions of providing the population with food products of long-term storage and sanitary and hygienic goods in the conditions of warlike situation" - with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 26, 2022 No. 373;

3) development for the purpose of providing the population with food products of long-term storage and sanitary and hygienic goods in the conditions of warlike situation of suggestions for improvement of the corresponding regulatory framework.

4. Interdepartmental working group according to the tasks assigned to it:

1) is carried out by the analysis of accomplishment by the central executive bodies, JSC Ukrainskaya zheleznaya doroga and military authorities of the powers determined by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 20, 2022 No. 328 "Some questions of providing the population with food products of long-term storage and sanitary and hygienic goods in the conditions of warlike situation";

2) determines the reasons leading to inadequate providing the population with food products of long-term storage and sanitary and hygienic goods in the conditions of warlike situation;

3) participates in project development of regulatory legal acts on the questions which are within its competence;

4) submits to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine the recommendations developed by results of the work and the offer.

5. The interdepartmental working group has the right:

To receive 1) in accordance with the established procedure from the central executive bodies, the companies, organizations and the organizations information necessary for accomplishment of the tasks assigned to it;

2) to recruit in the work representatives of the central executive bodies, the companies, organizations and the organizations (in coordination with their heads), industry associations, and also independent experts (consultants) (under approval);

To form 3), in case of need, for accomplishment of the tasks assigned to it working groups;

4) to organize holding of conferences, meetings, meetings and other actions.

6. The interdepartmental working group in case of accomplishment of the tasks assigned to it interacts with central and local executive bodies, local government bodies, the companies, organizations and the organizations.
