About application of the tariff quota to separate types of the agricultural goods imported on the territory of the Republic of Armenia
Accepted the Government of the Republic of Armenia on March 21, 2022
Being guided by article 2.1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About trade and services", provisions of the decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of August 17, 2021 No. 102 and decisions of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of November 12, 2021 No. 116, the Government of the Republic of Armenia decides:
1. Apply the tariff quota to separate types of the agricultural goods imported on the territory of the Republic of Armenia during 2022 according to Appendices No. No. 1 and 2.
2. Determine that:
1) application of the tariff quota provided by this Resolution extends to separate types of the agricultural goods imported on the territory of the Republic of Armenia using customs procedure "leave for internal consumption", specified in Appendices No. No. 1 and 2 to this Resolution (further in this Resolution and Appendices No. No. 2, of 3, 4 – separate types of agricultural goods);
2) import of separate types of the agricultural goods imported on the territory of the Republic of Armenia during 2022 is allowed in amount no more quota, established by Appendices No. No. 1 and 2, in the presence of the license;
3) use of the goods imported using the tariff quota provided by Appendix No. 2 to this Resolution is allowed only for production of meat products in the territory of the Republic of Armenia;
4) authorized body on licensing for import of separate types of agricultural goods the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Armenia is recognized (further – authorized body).
3. Approve:
1) procedure for distribution between participants of foreign economic activity of admissible import volume to the Republic of Armenia of separate types of agricultural goods according to Appendix No. 3;
2) form of the one-time license for import of separate types of agricultural goods according to Appendix No. 4;
3) form of the main import license of separate types of agricultural goods according to Appendix No. 5.
4. This Resolution becomes effective next day after its official publication.

1. The procedure for distribution between participants of foreign economic activity of admissible import volume to the Republic of Armenia of separate types of agricultural goods (further – the Procedure) governs the relations between participants of foreign economic activity connected with distribution of admissible import volume of separate types of the agricultural goods imported into the Republic of Armenia.
2. The relations regulated by this Procedure correspond to the decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of August 17, 2021 No. 102, to the decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of November 12, 2021 to the No. 116, and also to the protocols "On Single Customs and Tariff Regulation" approved by Appendix No. 6, and "About means of non-tariff regulation concerning the third countries", approved by Appendix No. 7 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014.
3. In this Procedure the following basic concepts are used:
1) admissible import volume – amount which is established, proceeding from average import volume of these goods for the last three years;
