About application of the tariff quota to the fowl imported on the territory of the Republic of Armenia
Accepted the Government of the Republic of Armenia on March 21, 2022
Being guided by article 2.1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About trade and services", item 4 of the decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of August 17, 2021 102, the Government of the Republic of Armenia decides No.:
1. Apply the tariff quota to the fowl imported on the territory of the Republic of Armenia during 2022 according to Appendix No. 1.
2. Determine that:
1) application of the tariff quota provided by this Resolution extends to the fowl imported on the territory of the Republic of Armenia using customs procedure "leave for internal consumption", specified in Appendix No. 1 to this Resolution (further in this Resolution and Appendices No. No. 2, of 3, 4 – fowl);
2) import of the fowl imported on the territory of the Republic of Armenia during 2022 is allowed in amount no more quota, established by Appendix No. 1, in the presence of the license;
3) use of the goods imported using the tariff quota provided by this Resolution is allowed only for production of meat products in the territory of the Republic of Armenia;
4) authorized body on licensing for import of fowl the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Armenia is recognized (further – authorized body).
3. Approve:
1) procedure for distribution between participants of foreign economic activity of admissible import volume to the Republic of Armenia of fowl according to Appendix No. 2;
2) form of the one-time license for import of fowl according to Appendix No. 3;
3) form of the main import license of fowl according to Appendix No. 4.
4. This Resolution becomes effective next day after its official publication and is effective till December 31, 2022 inclusive.

1. The procedure for distribution between participants of foreign economic activity of admissible import volume to the Republic of Armenia of fowl (further – the Procedure) governs the relations between participants of foreign economic activity connected with distribution of admissible amount of the fowl imported into the Republic of Armenia.
2. The relations regulated by this Procedure are regulated according to the decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of August 17, 2021 No. 102, the decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of November 12, 2021 the No. 116, and also the protocols "On Single Customs and Tariff Regulation" approved by Appendix No. 6, and "About means of non-tariff regulation concerning the third countries", approved by Appendix No. 7 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014.
3. In this Procedure the following basic concepts are used:
1) admissible import volume – amount which is established, proceeding from average import volume of these goods for the last year;
