1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Rules of development of the National report on condition of the industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of development of the National report on condition of the industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – Rules) are developed according to the subitem 36) of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About industrial policy" and determine procedure for development of the National report on condition of the industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – the National report).

2. The national report is the main instrument of forming of industrial policy which is constituted on annual basis for the purpose of informing the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the population on industrial development of the country in the medium-term and long-term perspectives and measures taken on its improvement.

3. The national report is created by authorized body in the field of the state stimulation of the industry (further – authorized body) following the results of assessment of industrial development which is carried out according to the order of the acting minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 11, 2022 No. 260 "About approval of the Technique of assessment of industrial development" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 28104), and efficiency evaluations of implementation of measures of the state stimulation of the industry, which is performed according to the order of the acting minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 27, 2022 No. 297 "About approval of the Technique of efficiency evaluation of implementation of measures of the state stimulation of the industry" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 28262), and also information provided by the central state bodies and local executive bodies of areas, cities of republican value, the capital.

4. The national report is developed in the state and Russian languages.

Chapter 2. Procedure for provision by the central state bodies and local executive bodies of areas, cities of republican value, the capital of information for creation of the National report

The authorized body annually, no later than January 31 of the year following reporting sends to the central state bodies (depending on nature of the data which are required for the purposes of development of the National report), and also to local executive bodies of areas, cities of republican value, the capital requests about provision of information for development of the National report.

6. The central state bodies (depending on nature of the data which are required for the purposes of development of the National report), and also local executive bodies of areas, cities of republican value, the capital annually till March 1 of the year following reporting provide information within competence for creation of the National report.
