About approval of the Actions plan on application of technical regulations of the Customs union / Eurasian Economic Union in the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of ensuring direct action of provisions of technical regulations of the Customs union / Eurasian Economic Union in the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve:
1) the Actions plan on application of technical regulations of the Customs union / Eurasian Economic Union in the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the Actions plan) according to appendix 1;
2) the Action plan of the ministries and departments involved in maintaining project works of technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - the Action plan), according to appendix 2;
3) Mediaplan on explanation of requirements of technical regulations of the Customs union / Eurasian Economic Union the authorized bodies responsible for realization of their provisions (further - Mediaplan), according to appendix 3.
2. To the ministries, the state committee and administrative departments of the Kyrgyz Republic quarterly, no later than the 15th following the accounting period to provide information on execution of the Actions plan and Mediaplan in the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic for generalization.
3. To the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic:
- quarterly, no later than the 30th following the accounting period to provide the summarized information on course of execution of the Actions plan and Mediaplan in Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- provide coordination of information and explanatory work on application of provisions of technical regulations of the Customs union / Eurasian Economic Union and effective use of allocated funds.

- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning application of technical regulations of the Customs union / Eurasian Economic Union in the Kyrgyz Republic" of June 12, 2020 No. 334.
5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
6. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
