About the international aid provided to the Republic of Moldova by Romania

Based on Item e) parts (1) Article 3 and part (3) article 8 of the Law No. 104/2020 on the state and mobilization reserves (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2020, Art. No. 178-179, 332), Item g) Article 19 and Item and) parts (1) article 36 of the Law No. 181/2014 on public finance and budget and tax responsibility (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 223-230, 519), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Take into consideration the international aid provided on a grant basis to the Republic of Moldova by Romania by means of the Resolution of National committee on emergency situations No. 14/2022 on provision on a grant basis of international aid to the Republic of Moldova in the form of fuel and fuel oil according to appendix.

2. To general inspectorate on emergency situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to provide gasoline and diesel fuel in the quantities provided in appendix with accomplishment of customs procedures and subsequent their transfer of material reserves to the Agency.

3. To the agency of material reserves of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to provide fuel oil in the quantity provided in appendix.

4. Transfer the products listed in appendix to the Agency of material reserves for replenishment of the state reserves.

5. To the agency of material reserves to ship the products listed in appendix to the state reserves and to provide their warehousing, storage and accounting.

6. To provide to the Ministry of Finance together with the Ministry of Internal Affairs through Customs Service and the General inspectorate of Boundary police operational accomplishment of formalities according to the omission through border of international aid, and also representatives of Romania, authorized to accompany load of international aid.

7. To the Ministry of Finance allocate to the Agency of material reserves from reserve fund of the Government financial resources in the amount of 62 thousand lei for covering of expenses on services in storage of diesel fuel and gasoline in the quantities provided in appendix.

8. Appoint JSC Termoelectrica responsible for shipment, warehousing and storage on a grant basis of fuel oil in the quantity provided in appendix.

9. Appoint Petrom-Moldova LLC by the responsible keeper who will provide storage of gasoline and diesel fuel in the quantities provided in appendix based on the contract signed with the Agency of material reserves.

10. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

11. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
