According to the subitem 3) the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES: parts two of Item 1 of article 98 of the Entrepreneurial code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 29, 2015

1. Determine:

1) national institute of development in the field of innovative development joint-stock company "National agency on development of innovations of "QazInnovations";

2) the list of other legal entities, fifty and more percent of voting shares (shares in the authorized capital) which directly or indirectly belong to the state, authorized on implementation of measures of the state support of innovative activities, according to appendix to this resolution.

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
