About realization of provisions of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About quarantine and protection of plants"

Based on paragraphs of the fourth or sixth of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 25, 2005 "About quarantine and protection of plants" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 77-Z

1. Approve:

Regulations on procedure for determination and designation of borders of quarantine phytosanitary zone, establishment, providing and removal of the quarantine mode (are applied);

The regulations on procedure for forming and use of fund of data on protection of plants (are applied);

The regulations on procedure and payment terms (are applied) by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of quarantine phytosanitary actions and actions for protection of plants.

2. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 1993 No. 509 "About measures for improvement of the organization of quarantine of plants in the Republic of Belarus" (the joint venture of the Republic of Belarus, 1993, No. 21, the Art. 420) the following changes and amendments:

2.1. the paragraph one of Item 3 to state in the following edition:

"3. To the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, other republican state bodies, the state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, local executive and administrative organs within their competence to develop and perform complex of the actions providing";

2.2. in Item 5 of the word "subjects of managing, irrespective of patterns of ownership" shall be replaced with words "legal entities and physical persons, including individual entrepreneurs";

2.3. in Item 6 of the word to "Management of the Belarusian railroad, the Belarusian integration of civil aviation, other ministries and departments" shall be replaced with words to "other republican state bodies, the state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus within their competence";

2.4. in Item 7:

in word part one to "obligatory check" shall be replaced with words to "the state phytosanitary control";

in part two of the word "in coordination with the Belarusian state inspectorate for quarantine of plants" shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Agriculture and Food";

2.7.4. exclude Items 5-8;

2.7.5. in Item 9:

in subitem 9.2 of the word of "quarantine check and laboratory examination" shall be replaced with words "the state phytosanitary control and quarantine examination";
