About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning enhancement of the pension legislation

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. Part the second article 67 of the Law of Ukraine "About the status and social protection of citizens which suffered owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, No. 13, of Art. 178; 1996, No. 35, Art. 162; 2006, No. 49, Art. 485; 2013, 48, 682) to state No. to the Art. in the following edition:

The minimum sizes of disability pensions are established:

to persons with disability owing to war from among recruits, soldiers and sailors of conscription service of the I group - in the amount of 5025 hryvnias, the II group - 4610 hryvnias, III groups - 4396 hryvnias;

to other persons with disability from among recruits, soldiers and sailors of conscription service of the I group - in the amount of 4605 hryvnias, the II group - 4396 hryvnias, III groups - 4186 hryvnias;
