2. Declare invalid the order of the acting minister of health care of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 15, 2020 No. KR DSM-65/2020 "About some questions of rendering the state services in the field of pharmaceutical activities" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 20863).

3. To provide to committee of medical and pharmaceutical control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after sixty calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Rules of rendering the state service "Licensing for Pharmaceutical Activities"

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of rendering the state service "Licensing for Pharmaceutical Activities" (further – Rules) are developed according to the subitem 5) of article 10 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About health of the people and health care system", the subitem 1) of Article 10 and article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state services" (further – the Law).

2. In these rules the following basic concepts are used:

1) qualification requirements – set of the quantitative and high-quality standard rates and indicators characterizing capability of the applicant and licensee to be engaged in the separate licensed type of activity and (or) subspecies of the licensed type of activity, shown as when licensing and (or) appendices to the license, and throughout the entire period of time of its reality;

6) the digital signature (further – the EDS) – set of electronic digital symbols created by means of the digital signature and confirming reliability of the electronic document, its accessory and invariance of content.
