1. Enact the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine of May 11, 2022 "About forced withdrawal in Ukraine of objects of the property right of the Russian Federation and its residents" it (is applied).
2. Control over the implementation of the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine enacted by this Decree to assign to the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.
3. This Decree becomes effective along with entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "About approval of the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine of May 11, 2022 "About forced withdrawal in Ukraine of objects of the property right of the Russian Federation and its residents".
