About modification of part one of article 14 of the Law of Ukraine "About free legal assistance" concerning extension of the list of persons having the right to free secondary legal assistance
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. "About free legal assistance" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, No. 51, Art. 577 with subsequent changes) to add part one of article 14 of the Law of Ukraine with Items 8-2 and 13-1 of the following content:
"8-2) persons who have no identity documents and confirming citizenship of Ukraine, - on the legal services provided by Items 2 and 3 of part two of article 13 of this Law concerning establishment judicially the facts having legal value, connected with registration and issue of such documents";
"13-1) victims from criminal offenses against sexual freedom and sexual integrity, tortures or ill treatment during military operations or armed conflict, - on the legal services provided by Items 2 and 3 of part two of article 13 of this Law in the criminal procedures begun upon making of such criminal offenses".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
