Based on Item and) parts (2) article 32 of the Law No. 57/2006 on grapes and wine (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 64-68, 193), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
In the Order of the Government No. 356/2015 about approval of the Technical regulation "Organization of the Grape and Wine-making Market" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, Art. No. 150-159, 399), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1) in the resolution:
a) in the name the text of "Technical regulation "Organization of the Grape and Wine-making Market"" shall be replaced with words "Provisions on the organization of the grape and wine-making market";
b) in Items 1 and 3 of the resolution the text "Technical regulation "Organization of the Grape and Wine-making Market"" shall be replaced with words "Provision on the organization of the grape and wine-making market";
2) in the Technical regulation:
a) in the name and in all text the text "Technical regulation "Organization of the Grape and Wine-making Market"" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "Provision on the organization of the grape and wine-making market" in the corresponding grammatical form;
b) in harmonization formula:
the text "The technical regulation "Organization of the Grape and Wine-making Market" (further - the Technical regulation)" to replace with the text "Regulations on the organization of the grape and wine-making market (further - the Provision)";
the text "part IV of appendix II and part II of appendix VII" to replace with the text "part XII of appendix I, part IV of appendix II, part II of appendix VII and part I of appendix VIII";
