1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. The sizes of daily allowance in the rubles paid to employees of the organizations financed by means of the federal budget, in case of official journeys in the territory of foreign states, the established by appendix No. 1(1) to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 26, 2005 No. 812 "About the size and payment procedure of daily allowance in foreign currency and allowances to daily allowance in foreign currency in case of official journeys in the territory of foreign states of the workers who signed the employment contract about work in federal state bodies, employees of state non-budgetary funds of the Russian Federation, federal state institutions" and limit rates of expense recovery on hiring of premises in case of official journeys in the territory of foreign states of federal government civil servants, the workers who signed the employment contract about work in federal state bodies employees of state non-budgetary funds of the Russian Federation, federal state institutions, established by line items 54(1) and 99 (1) appendices to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 22, 2020 No. 1267 "About limit establishment of rates of expense recovery on hiring of premises in case of official journeys in the territory of foreign states of federal government civil servants, the workers who signed the employment contract about work in federal state bodies, employees of state non-budgetary funds of the Russian Federation, federal state institutions and recognition as No. 812 which voided Item 10 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 26, 2005" extend to employees of the organizations and organizations subordinated to federal state bodies, and also to employees of other organizations, being directly involved in performance of works (rendering services) in ensuring activity of the population and (or) to recovery of infrastructure facilities in the territories of the Donetsk People's Republic and the Luhansk People's Republic.

2(1). To employees of the organizations and organizations subordinated to federal state bodies, and also employees of other organizations who are directly involved in performance of works (rendering services) in ensuring activity of the population and (or) to recovery of infrastructure facilities in the territories of the Donetsk People's Republic and the Luhansk People's Republic, the employer has the right to pay during their stay in official journeys in the specified territories the unaccountable amounts for the purpose of compensation of the additional expenses connected with such business trips.

3. Expense recovery, the connected with accommodation out of the permanent residence (daily allowance), other additional expenses connected with sending in the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic and the Luhansk People's Republic of federal government civil servants, employees of the organizations and organizations subordinated to federal state bodies is performed for the account and within the budgetary appropriations provided in the federal budget for the corresponding financial year, employees of other organizations - at the expense of means of the relevant organizations.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. e) state Item 7 in the following edition:

"7. Daily allowance in foreign currency or in rubles is paid to the worker who left in official journey on the territory of foreign state and returned to the territory of the Russian Federation on the same day in the amount of 50 percent of the daily allowance established by this resolution.
