For the purpose of enhancement of procedure for gasification of housing stock * in the existing building of settlements (further – housing stock) and its financings:
1. Determine that:
1.1. financing of development of the project documentation and construction of gas pipelines from the place of accession to the operating street gas distribution pipeline ** to the disconnecting device on input to the apartment house (further – the gas pipeline input) and the intra brownie of gas supply system of housing stock is performed at the expense of means of citizens to which belong on the property right premises and capital constructions, and also citizens, legal entities and (or) individual entrepreneurs who build the one-apartment, blocked apartment houses and capital constructions in the house adjoining territory, including the soft credits granted to citizens according to the procedure, established by this Decree.
Customers on development of the project documentation and construction of the objects specified in the part one of this subitem, the gas supplying organizations having the right to act which are part of the national production association on fuel and gasification of Beltopgaz (further – the gas supplying organizations), based on the contract for investment with citizens, legal entities and (or) individual entrepreneurs;
1.2. financing of development of the project documentation and construction of street gas distribution pipelines with gas pipelines inputs (further – objects of gas-distribution system) for gasification of the premises belonging to citizens on the property right and capital constructions, and also the one-apartment, blocked apartment houses and capital constructions built by them in the house adjoining territory is performed:
