About approval of the Regulations on service quality on transfer and electricity distribution
Based on the item i) h (1) Art. 7 and article 54 of the Law No. 107/2016 on the electric power (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 193-203 the Art. 413), with subsequent changes, the Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power DECIDES:
1. Approve Regulations on service quality on transfer and electricity distribution it (is applied).
2. From the effective date this resolution void:
1) the Resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power No. 282 of November 11, 2016 about approval of the Regulations on service quality on transfer and electricity distribution (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 459-471 the Art. 2146), with subsequent changes, registered in the Ministry of Justice at No. 1174 of December 20, 2016.
2) part 5 "Compensation of the caused damage" of Chapter II of the Provisions on connection to power supply networks and provision of services on transfer and electricity distribution approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power No. 168/2019 of May 31, 2019. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2019, No. 209 - 216 Art. 1093), registered in the Ministry of Justice at No. 1463 of June 21, 2019.
3. To impose control of application of the approved resolution on divisions of the National agency on regulation in power.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.
