For the purpose of streamlining of settlings with nonresidents of the Republic of Belarus and creation of additional terms for development of the international settlement systems with use of bank plastic cards I decide:

1. Approve the enclosed list of offshore zones - the states (territories) in which the preferential tax regime is effective and (or) disclosure and provision of information on financial transactions is not provided.

2. It is excluded

3. In two-month time:

To National Bank to bring the acts into accord with this Decree;

To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus to take measures for implementation of the Decree.

4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
