About approval of the Regulations on execution by Fund of guaranteeing household deposits means of the automated payment system of judgments for benefit of investors on collection of the guaranteed compensation amount on the contribution placed in bank to which investors payments, and/or other amounts and Changes of the Instruction connected with such collection about procedure for financing of payment process by agent banks of the guaranteed compensation amount on deposits are stopped or complete

According to Item 10 parts one, Item "About system of guaranteeing household deposits" the Executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits solved 2 parts three of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine:

1. Approve Regulations on accomplishment by Fund of guaranteeing household deposits by means of the automated payment system of judgments for benefit of investors on collection of the guaranteed compensation amount on the contribution placed in bank to which investors payments, and/or other amounts connected with such collection which is applied are stopped or complete.

2. Approve Changes in the Instruction about procedure for financing of payment process by agent banks of the guaranteed compensation amount on deposits approved by the decision of Executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of September 21, 2017 No. 4313, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 11, 2017 for No. 1254/31122, which are applied.

3. To provide to department of methodology and strategic planning together with legal support department submission of this decision to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.

4. For public relations and the international organizations to provide to management placement of this decision on the official page of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits on the Internet after its state registration.

5. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

6. Control over the implementation of this decision to assign to the deputy managing director to Rudukh N. E.

Regulations on accomplishment by Fund of guaranteeing household deposits means of the automated payment system of judgments for benefit of investors on collection of the guaranteed compensation amount on the contribution placed in bank to which investors payments, and/or other amounts connected with such collection are stopped or complete

1. This Provision determines procedure for accomplishment by Fund of guaranteeing household deposits (further - Fund) means of the automated payment system of Fund in voluntary procedure for judgments by the collection/obligation to compensate/perform payment by Fund of the guaranteed compensation amount for the contribution placed in bank to which investors payments of the guaranteed compensation amounts of means for deposits and/or other amounts connected with such collection are stopped or complete.

2. In this Provision terms are used in such values:

the automated payment system of Fund - in the value given in Regulations on the procedure for compensation by Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of means for deposits approved by the decision of Executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of August 09, 2012 No. 14, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 07, 2012 for No. 1548/21860 (in edition of the decision of Executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of May 26, 2016 No. 823) (further - No. Provision 14);

agent bank - bank through which the Fund performs payment of the guaranteed compensation amount of means for contribution according to the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits", determined according to the Regulations on procedure for determination of agent banks of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits approved by the decision of Executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of July 12, 2012 No. 6, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 04, 2012 for No. 1494/21806 (in edition of the decision of Executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of January 09, 2020 No. 35);

the applicant - physical person for benefit of which the judgment is made;

the module of transactions of payments (further - MOV) - in the value given in the Provision No. 14;

the processing center of Fund (further - PTsF) - in the value given in the Provision No. 14;

the judgment - the judgment which took legal effect and concerns the collection/obligation to compensate/perform payment by Fund of the guaranteed compensation amount for the contribution placed in bank to which investors payments of the guaranteed compensation amounts of the means on deposits and/or connected with such collection of other amounts are stopped or complete.

3. Payment of means for judgments is performed by means of the automated payment system of Fund through agent banks.

4. For receipt of means according to the judgment the applicant files in Fund petition for execution of the judgment in which surname, the name, middle name (in the presence) of the applicant, its residence or contact address for correspondence are entered.

the passport copy certified by the personal signature of the applicant or other identity document, with information on surname, name, middle name (in the presence), series (in the presence), number, the name or code of the body which issued the document, date of issue;
