3. Rules of paid water use are determined by the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic taking into account requirements of the Rules approved by part of 1 this Resolution.

4. To tariff (price) council of the Azerbaijan Republic in two-month time to determine payment (rates) for water use according to Items 2. 2, 3.2, 4.2, 5.3 and 6.3 of the Rules approved by part of 1 this Resolution.

5. Items 2. 1, 5.3 and subitems 3.3.1-3.3. 4, 4.3.1-4.3.9 Rules approved by part of 1 this Resolution become effective after approval of the payment (rates) for water use provided by part 4 presents of the Resolution.

6. In the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic "About implementation of payment for natural resources, payments for emission of pollutants in the environment and use of the means formed from these payments" of March 3, 1992 No. 122 to make the following changes:
