Reorganize the State company "Kyrgyz of Pochtasa" under the Ministry of digital development of the Kyrgyz Republic by transformation to Kyrgyz of Pochtasa open joint stock company with preserving 100 percent of shares in state-owned property, with determination of the authorized capital of society in accordance with the established procedure.

2. Determine that the Kyrgyz of Pochtasa open joint stock company is legal successor of the State company "Kyrgyz of Pochtasa" under the Ministry of digital development of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About some questions of the Ministry of digital development of the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 15, 2021 No. 257 the following changes:

- to declare the subitem 8 of Item 1 invalid;

- in the scheme of management of the Ministry of digital development of the Kyrgyz Republic of line item "Exclude the state company "Kyrgyz of Pochtasa" and "Branches".

4. To fund for management of state-owned property under the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic to realize in accordance with the established procedure complex of actions for transformation of the state company "Kyrgyz of Pochtasa" to joint-stock company.

5. Establish prohibition on alienation of shares of the transformed Kyrgyz of Pochtasa open joint stock company on the stock exchange.

6. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the List of strategic objects of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 17, 2014 No. 99 the following change:

in the List of strategic objects of the Kyrgyz Republic the approved above-stated resolution:

- in Item 8 of category "B" (important objects) to replace abbreviation of "GP" with abbreviation of "joint stock company".

7. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

8. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
