Based on Item 50 of Appendix No. 7, the stipulated in Article 47 Agreements "About the Eurasian Economic Union" of May 29, 2014, and parts 4 of article 2 of the Law "About Customs Regulation", the Government of the Republic of Armenia decides:
1. Approve the inventory, coming from the Republic of Armenia, temporarily prohibited when exporting from the territory of the Republic of Armenia to the states which are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union according to Appendix.
2. To the minister of the environment of the Republic of Armenia: within three days after entry into force of this Resolution to notify the Eurasian economic commission on the provided temporary ban.
3. To the chairman of Committee of state revenues of the Republic of Armenia: according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia to provide export control of goods of the list approved by Item 1 of this Resolution.
4. This Resolution becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication and is effective within six months.
