About temporary payment deferral of customs payments when importing to customs area of Ukraine of food and other essential goods
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. For action of martial law imposed by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 64 "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine" (force majeur circumstances (force majeure circumstances)) assured by Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine in connection with military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine that became the basis of introduction of warlike situation), before entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "About settlement of situation in budget, tax, customs and other spheres in connection with introduction of warlike situation", when importing to customs area of Ukraine of goods according to the list according to appendix based on the written application of the taxpayer the State Customs Service or the customs authority determined by it perform payment deferral of customs payments.
2. To perform declaring and customs clearance of 1 goods specified in Item in the place of crossing of customs border of Ukraine by submission of shipping documents without application of measures of non-tariff regulation of foreign economic activity.
3. To the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Economics to develop and to instantly introduce to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine the bill of Ukraine "About settlement of situation in budget, tax, customs and other spheres in connection with introduction of warlike situation".
4. To provide to the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Economics, the State Customs Service, the State Tax Administration within competence provision of consultations concerning application of provisions of this resolution.
5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.

4.
