1. Approve:
The regulations on procedure for forming and maintaining the Register of employment agencies (are applied);
Rules of rendering by employment agencies of services in assistance in employment (are attached).
2. Establish the list of the services in assistance in employment provided to citizens by employment agencies according to appendix.
3. Declare invalid the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 22, 2016 No. 855 "About some measures for implementation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About employment of the population of the Republic of Belarus".
4. This resolution becomes effective since March 27, 2022.

The list of the services in assistance in employment provided to citizens by employment agencies
1. Provision of information on the demand and supply in the labor market.
2. Provision of reliable information about availability at the employer of free workplaces and requirements imposed by the employer to candidates.
3. Assistance in matching of suitable place of employment:
creation (editing) of the summary;
distribution of the summary among potential employers;
preparation for interview with the employer;
the organization of interview with the employer;
assistance in document creation, necessary for employment.

1. This Provision determines procedure for forming and maintaining the Register of employment agencies (further – the Register).
2. For the purposes of this provision terms and their determinations in the values established in the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About employment of the population" are used.
3. Maintaining the Register is performed on the principles:
completeness and reliability of the data containing in it;
information exchange with other state information resources and systems of the Republic of Belarus;
automation of forming of the Register.
4. The data containing in the Register form basis for:
ensuring the single state systematized accounting of the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs providing to citizens services in assistance in employment in the territory of the Republic of Belarus;
project developments of the state program (subprogramme) of assistance of employment of the population;
enhancement of procedure for provision to citizens employment agencies of services in assistance in employment.
5. Inclusion of data in the Register, modification of it is performed on a grant basis.
6. The register is created and kept in corporate management information system by the social and labor sphere of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection in electronic form.
7. Storage of the data containing in the Register including backup copies of databases, data on the changes made to it, is performed according to the legislation on archiving and clerical work.
8. The Ministry of Labour and Social Protection (further – Ministry of Labor and social security), being the owner Reestra, in case of its forming and maintaining:
determines program technical means of maintaining the Register;
determines structure of the reference books used for maintaining the Register;
requests data from the Single state register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs and receives them on a grant basis;
includes data in the Register, makes changes to it;
performs according to the legislation other functions on forming and maintaining the Register.
9. The Register joins data:
about number of employment agency in the Register and date of its inclusion in the Register;
about complete (reduced in the presence) the name of the legal entity, surname, own name, middle name (if that is available) the individual entrepreneur;
about registration number of the legal entity, individual entrepreneur in the Single state register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs;
about the location of the legal entity, separate divisions (branches, representations) of the legal entity (in the presence), residence of the individual entrepreneur;
about the head of the legal entity (the other person authorized according to constituent documents to act on behalf of the legal entity);
about contact phone number, including the head (the other person authorized according to constituent documents to act on behalf of the legal entity), number of the fax, the e-mail address (in case of their availability) the legal entity, the individual entrepreneur;
about the name of the website of the legal entity, individual entrepreneur (in case of its availability);
about separate divisions (branches, representations) of the legal entity providing to citizens services in assistance in employment;
about the types of service on assistance in employment provided to citizens;
about exception of employment agency of the Register.
10. The data containing in the Register are open and public and are placed on the global computer Internet on information resources, the belonging Ministry of Labor and social security.
11. Data join in the Register on the basis:
statements for inclusion of data in the Register;
statements for modification of the Register;
information of the Single state register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs.
