1. Approve the enclosed Rules of conducting check of compliance of the persons applying for receipt of certificates, allowing to perform functions of crew members and function of maintenance workers of the civil air vehicle, except for the extralight piloted civil air vehicle weighing design of 115 kilograms and less and pilotless aviation system in structure with the pilotless civil air vehicle with the maximum take-off mass of 30 kilograms and less, functions of employees on flight servicing of civil aviation, dispatching air traffic maintenance and also issues, suspensions of action and cancellation of the specified certificates.

2. Recognize invalid acts of the Government of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix.

I. General provisions

1. These rules according to article 53 of the Air code of the Russian Federation establish procedure for conducting check of compliance of the persons applying for receipt of certificates, allowing to perform functions of crew members and function of maintenance workers of the civil air vehicle, except for the extralight piloted civil air vehicle weighing design of 115 kilograms and less and pilotless aviation system in structure with the pilotless civil air vehicle with the maximum take-off mass of 30 kilograms and less, functions of employees on flight servicing of civil aviation, dispatching air traffic maintenance, requirements of the federal aviation rules including requirements to training of aeronautical personnel of civil aviation for servicing of passengers from among disabled people and other persons with restrictions of life activity and use of technical means and the equipment the specified certificates specified in Item 10 of article 37 of the Air code of the Russian Federation, and also issue, suspension of action and cancellation (further respectively - the civil air vehicle, the certificate, the candidate for receipt of the certificate, the requirement of federal aviation rules).
