About determination of the basis for provision of delay or payment by installments of payment of import customs duties without interest payment

According to the subitem 5 of Item 2 of Article 59 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union, Item 16 of the Regulations on the Eurasian economic commission (appendix No. 1 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014), Item 129.7 of appendix No. 1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 No. 98, for the purpose of implementation of the order of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of March 17, 2022 the No. 12 Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission solved:

1. Determine that the basis for provision of delay or payment by installments of payment of import customs duties without interest payment for delay or payment by installments of payment of import customs duties is import to customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of goods (except for the excise goods which are not used in production) the systemically important and (or) city-forming companies (organizations) which according to the legislation of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - state members) are given support for the purpose of implementation of measures, the economies of state members directed to increase in stability.

Delay or payment by installments of payment of import customs duties according to this Decision is provided if:

the declaration on goods, and in case of release of goods before submission of the declaration on goods - the statement for release of goods before submission of the declaration on goods are registered by customs authority of state member during the period from the date of the introduction of this Decision in force till June 30, 2024 inclusive;

the confirmation of authorized state body of state member about availability of the basis specified in the paragraph one of this Item issued according to the procedure determined according to the legislation of state member is provided to customs authority of state member.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 10 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
