About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures and other documents concerning special water use

 Based on the paragraph of third of article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z "About bases of ministerial procedures", Item parts four 7, of Item part six 10, of Items 13 and 14 of the Regulations on procedure for issue of permissions to special water use, introduction of changes in them and (or) amendments, prolongation of term, the termination of their action and issue of duplicates, and also issues of the conclusions about possibility of production of the amounts of underground waters, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution declared by the water user of March 2, 2015 No. 152, of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 20, 2013 No. 503, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve:

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to the subitem * 6.24.1 "Receipt of the conclusion about possibility of production of the amounts of underground waters declared by the water user" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to the subitem * 6.32.1 "Receipt of permission to special water use" (are attached);

The instruction about procedure for filling of the statement for issue of permission to special water use (is attached).

* For the purposes of this resolution the subitem is understood as the subitem of Item of the single list of the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of the managing approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 24, 2021 No. 548.

2. Establish forms:

statements for issue of permission to special water use for citizens according to appendix 1;

statements for receipt of the conclusion about possibility of production of the amounts of underground waters declared by the water user for citizens according to appendix 2;

the conclusions about possibility of production of the amounts of underground waters declared by the water user according to appendix 3;

permissions to special water use for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs according to appendix 4;

permissions to special water use for citizens according to appendix 5;

register of permissions to special water use according to appendix 6.

3. Recognize invalid:

the resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus of May 4, 2015 No. 20 "About document forms for receipt of permission to special water use";

the resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus of March 17, 2017 No. 10 "About entering of amendments and changes into the resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus of May 4, 2015 No. 20";

subitem 1.8 of Item 1 of the resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus of April 25, 2018 No. 7 "About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus";
