Based on part three of Item 21 of article 232 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Belarus, subitem 5.6 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1592, the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Determine that:
1.1. the information about the physical persons working in the rural zone (further, unless otherwise specified, – physical persons), is provided by the subjects specified in part two of Item 21 of article 232 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Belarus, concerning all working according to employment and (or) civil contracts which subject are performance of works, rendering services and creation of intellectual property items, physical persons which have workplace or the place for performance of works, rendering services and creation of intellectual property items is located in the rural zone.
The data specified in part one of this subitem are provided irrespective of duration of the period of implementation by physical persons of labor activity or activities for performance of works, rendering services and to creation of intellectual property items, in calendar year for which the information is provided.
Branches, other isolated or structural divisions of the organizations of the data, specified in part one of this subitem, are not provided in case of provision of these data directly by the organizations;
1.2. the direction in tax authority of the data specified in part one of subitem 1.1 of this Item is performed in electronic form by means of forming of the Microsoft Excel file in form according to appendix and is followed by the letter with indication of the number of the directed information about physical persons and contact information of responsible persons.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
