About modification of some regulations
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In article 4 of the Law on identification documents of national passport system No. 273/1994 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1995, No. 9, of the Art. 89), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
in part (1-3):

Art. II. - Article 131 of the Tax Code No. 1163/1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of February 8, 2007), with subsequent changes to add with part (5-3) following contents:

Art. III. - Part (1) article 31 of the Law on the public pension system No. 156/1998 (repeated publication: 2004, Art. No. 42-44, 247), with subsequent changes to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with the words "or on representative powers based on the digital signature registered in the Register of representative powers based on the digital signature".
