About features of payment of the guaranteed compensation amount during action of warlike situation in Ukraine

According to Item "About system of guaranteeing household deposits" the Executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits solved 2 parts three of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine:

1. Determine that during action of warlike situation in Ukraine the agent bank provides at the request of the investor transfer of the guaranteed compensation amount into the account of the investor opened in agent bank, without fulfillment of requirements of paragraph two of Item 2 of the Section IV, paragraph two of Item 2 and the paragraph of third Item 3 of the Section VI of the Regulations on procedure for compensation by Fund of the guaranteeing household deposits of means for deposits approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of August 9, 2012 No. 14, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 7, 2012 for No. 1548/21860, and without personal presence of the investor at organization of agent bank if the investor who receives compensation amount, at the same time is client of agent bank and concerning it the agent bank carries out identification and verification.

2. To provide to department of methodology and strategic planning together with legal support department submission of this decision to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.

3. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. Control over the implementation of this decision to assign to the deputy managing director to Rudukh N. E.
