1.2. Rules are obligatory for all companies and the organizations designing, making and operating technological plasma installations for dusting, cuttings, building up, the plasma machining (PM), plasma and chemical technology, plasma metallurgy, welding.
1.3. Requirements of these rules shall be considered in case of development of normative and technical documents (state standard specifications, OST, TU, instructions, techniques, etc.) regulating constructive, production and operational requirements to plasma installations.
2.1. In case of operation of plasma installations impact on workers of dangerous and harmful production factors is possible (enc. 1).
