According to Articles 42, 43 and 45 Agreements on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, Items 16 and 18 of the Regulations on the Eurasian economic commission (appendix No. 1 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014), article 3 of the Protocol on some questions of import and the goods circulation on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of October 16, 2015 and Items 4, of 7, 16 and 132 appendices No. 1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 No. 98, for the purpose of implementation of the order of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of March 17, 2022 No. 12 and ensuring stability of economies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union Council of the Eurasian economic commission solved:
1. Establish rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, concerning separate types of goods according to appendix No. 1.
2. Bring in decisions of the Commission of the Customs union and Council of the Eurasian economic commission of change according to appendix No. 2.
3. Concerning the goods placed under customs procedure of release for internal consumption using the tariff privileges provided by subitems 7.1.39 - 7.1.42, 7.1.44 and 7.1.46 of Item 7 of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 No. 130, and included in appendix No. 1 to this Decision and appendix to the decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission on establishment of rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning separate types of the goods imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union for the purpose of ensuring stability of economies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union, restrictions on use and (or) the order are effective before the date of entry into force of this Item according to the paragraph the second item 4 of this Decision.
4. This Decision becomes effective after 10 calendar days from the date of its official publication, but not earlier than the date of entry into force of the decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission on establishment of rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning separate types of the goods imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union for the purpose of ensuring stability of economies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union and extends to the legal relationship which arose since March 28, 2022, except for Item 3 of this Decision, Items 1 and 3 of the changes provided by appendix No. 2 to this Decision.
Item 3 of this Decision and Items 1 and 3 of the changes provided by appendix No. 2 to this Decision become effective after 10 calendar days from the date of official publication of this Decision, but not earlier than the date of entry into force of the decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission on establishment of rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning separate types of the goods imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union for the purpose of ensuring stability of economies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union.
