1. Determine that to graduates of institutions of higher education which received the educational and qualification level of the junior specialist degree of the junior bachelor, bachelor or master of specialties of industry of knowledge "1 Education/pedagogics", or degree of the bachelor, master of other specialty and knowledge domain and signed for the term at least than three years the agreement on work on positions of pedagogical workers in the organizations of general average and professional (professional) education determined by governing bodies of education the approved by the Ministry of Education and Science, one-time address monetary assistance in the fivefold size of the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons established for January 1 of calendar year is provided according to the procedure.
2. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 17, 2006 No. 1215 "About stop of operation of some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" (2006, No. 34, the Art. 2429) words and figures "of August 3, 2006 No. 1084 "Questions of the state support of pedagogical workers from among young specialists who go to general education and professional educational institutions" to exclude the Official Bulletin of Ukraine.
