According to the powers conferred by the Law of Ukraine "About power industry", the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 21.04.98 of N335 "Questions of the National Commission of Regulation of Power Industry of Ukraine" for the purpose of ordering of calculations for the electric power the population the National commission of regulation of power industry of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Approve the Procedure for determination of payment for electrical energy as residential customers who are calculated for the electric power on the rates differentiated on periods of time and have privileges in payment of housing and communal services it (is applied).

2. To submit to management of price policy in power industry this resolution on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.

1. General provisions

1.1. This Procedure regulates the mechanism of determination of payment for electrical energy by residential customers who according to the legislation use privileges concerning payment of housing and communal services and who are calculated for the electric power on the rates differentiated on periods of time (zones of days) in case the total amount of consumption of electrical energy in settlement period exceeded regulations within which the privileges determined according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 01.08.96 of N879 "About Setting Standards of Use of Housing and Communal Services by the Citizens Having Privileges concerning Their Payment" are provided (with changes).

2. Determination of amounts of consumption of electrical energy

2.1. The amount of electrical energy is determined by the actual indicators of counters on separate zone of days.
