For the purpose of enhancement of process management of digital development * I decide:
1. Assign in addition to the Ministry of Communications and Informatization the following functions of public administration in the field of digital development **:
1.1. realization of state policy and state regulation in the field of digital development, including:
ensuring coordination and unity of actions of state bodies (except National Bank), and also the state organizations, economic societies concerning which the Republic of Belarus or administrative and territorial unit, having shares (shares) in authorized funds, can determine the decisions made by these economic societies (further, unless otherwise specified, - state bodies and the organizations), in case of the solution of nation-wide and cross-industry tasks;
regulation of activities for creation and development of the state digital platforms, information systems and resources (except for bank systems, and also systems intended for implementation of special control in the field of prevention of legalization of income gained in the criminal way, financings of terrorist activities and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction, and the resources used for these purposes);

1.2. the organization and implementation of international cooperation in the field of digital development;
1.3. participation in development of contents of educational programs of the higher, secondary vocational education and additional education of adults for preparation, retrainings, training and advanced trainings of personnel in the field of digital development.
2. Determine that the Ministry of Communications and Informatization:
