According to Articles 7, of 15, 42 and 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of ensuring reliability and stability of functioning of National payment service provider "Ukrainian Payment Scope" in the conditions of martial law imposed in Ukraine by the Law of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 2102-IX "About approval of the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine"" and the Presidential decree of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 64/2022 "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine" the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. The National Bank of Ukraine does not apply rates for services (transactions) established by Rates for services (transactions) which are provided (are performed) by the National Bank of Ukraine which performs functions of the Payment institute, the Central router and settlement clearing center, clearing bank of National payment service provider "Ukrainian Payment Scope", approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 15, 2017 No. 53 (with changes) (further - Rates), determined in:

1) lines 2 - 4 tables 2 of the Section II of rates for members of national payment service provider "Ukrainian Payment Scope" (further - NPS "Scope"), since March 26, 2022;

2) in lines 2 - 4 tables 2 of the Section II of Rates for the NPS "SCOPE" independent processing centers and line 2 of table 3 of the Section III of Rates for legal entities, since March 25, 2022;

3) in lines 3, the 7th table 3 of the Section III of Rates for legal entities, since March 24, 2022.

2. Application of rates for persons specified in:

1) the subitem 1 of Item 1 of this resolution, renews since August 26, 2022;

2) subitems 2, 3 Items 1 of this resolution, renew since August 24, 2022.

3. To department of payment systems and innovative development (Andrey Podderegin) after official publication to notify participants and the independent processing centers connected to the Central router and settlement clearing center NPS "SCOPE" and the legal entities receiving services of the Payment institute of NPS "SCOPE" information on adoption of this resolution.

4. The resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication, and is effective till September 1, 2022.
