The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve criteria of determination of goods of critical import in the conditions of warlike situation according to appendix.
2. Bring in appendix to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 153 "About the inventory of critical import" changes which are applied.

The goods are necessary for providing with energy resources (oil products, oil, gas, the electric power, coal)
The goods are necessary for ensuring energy security of Ukraine (functioning of nuclear power plants, power supply networks, scheduling)
Sector of safety and defense
The goods are necessary for requirements satisfaction of Armed Forces, other paramilitary groups, the Ministry of Defence
The goods are raw materials or means of production for accomplishment of mobilization tasks (orders)
Ensuring life activity of the population
The goods belong to scarce food products which shortage can lead to humanitarian and food crisis
The goods are component of production cycle of critical food products
The goods are primary or wholesale package of food products
The goods are necessary for implementation of measures for smooth functioning of transport, including fuel and lubricants, the electric power, medicines, carrying out first-priority emergency recovery operations
The goods belong to medicines, immunobiological medicines (vaccines), medical products, supportive applications to them, the medical equipment
Ensuring functioning of production enterprises
The goods are raw materials or component of production cycle of the Ukrainian companies without which it is impossible to develop finished goods which are delivered for the domestic market and for export
