About approval of prolongation of term of state regulation of the prices in the Republic of Belarus for socially important goods
In connection with the address of the Republic of Belarus which arrived on March 5, 2022 about approval of prolongation of term of the state regulation of the prices of socially important goods entered in the territory of the Republic of Belarus by the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of December 21, 2021 No. 79, and according to Item 82 of the Protocol on the general principles and competition rules (appendix No. 19 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:
1. Approve prolongation of term of state regulation of the prices of the socially important goods determined by the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of December 21, 2021 No. 79, in the Republic of Belarus for 90 days - from April 1, 2022 to June 29, 2022 inclusive.
2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose since April 1, 2022.
