1. Establish rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, concerning waste and scrap of the precious metals classified by codes 7112 30 000 0, 7112 91 000 0, 7112 92 000 0 and 7112 99 000 0 CN FEA EEU in the amount of 0 percent from customs value from the effective date of this Decision till December 31, 2025 inclusive.

2. Bring in the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, the following of izmeneniya:) in line items with codes 7112 30 000 0, 7112 91 000 0, the reference to the note to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union "<5C>" to replace 7112 92 000 0 and 7112 99 000 0 CN FEA EEU with the reference "<55C>";

b) to add notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union with the note 55C of the following content:
