Based on part five of item 4 of the Regulations on rendering the state financial support to small business entities and subjects of infrastructure of support of small and medium business at the expense of the means provided in programs of the state support of the small and medium business approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 21, 2009 No. 255, and subitem 5.6 of Item 5 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2018 "About development of Orshansky district of the Vitebsk region" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 506

1. Establish extreme values of proceeds from sales of goods (performance of works, rendering services) excluding tax on value added for 2021 for:

1.1. the small business entities which addressed for rendering the state financial support in 2022:

individual entrepreneurs - 456 thousand rubles;

the microorganizations - 3336 thousand rubles;

the small organizations - 12 587 thousand rubles;

1.2. the subjects of medium business of Orshansky district of the Vitebsk region who addressed for rendering the state financial support in 2022, - 24 399 thousand rubles.

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication and extends the action to the relations which arose since January 1, 2022.
