About procedure for issue and withdrawal of omissions on the right of extraordinary entrance to the territory of road check points

Based on part three of Item 7 of the Regulations on the mode at check points through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 22, 2009 No. 70, the State boundary committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Determine that:

1.1. Are issued by the state boundary committee (further - State frontier committee) the omission on the right of extraordinary entrance to the territory of road check points through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus at which the system of electronic queue of vehicles for entrance to road check points does not function (further, unless otherwise specified, - the omission):

to legal entities and physical persons in form according to appendix 1;

to the legal entities or individual entrepreneurs performing the international freight transportation on one cargo vehicle in form according to appendix 2;

1.2. issue of omissions to physical persons is performed based on the statement in form according to appendix 3 and other documents, stipulated by the legislation about ministerial procedures;

1.3. the decision on issue of the omission or refusal in its issue is accepted by State frontier committee;

1.4. upon withdrawal of the omission, except for case of the termination of term of its action, authorized officers of bodies of the border service draw up the statement of withdrawal of the omission on the right of extraordinary entrance to the territory of road check points through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus at which the system of electronic queue of vehicles for entrance to road check points, in form according to appendix 4 does not function.
