About additional measures for full support and increase in level of living of the senior generation

For last period in the country complex measures for strengthening of the state support of representatives of the senior generation, improvement of system of rendering social services to them are performed.

In particular, in this sphere more than 10 acts of the legislation are adopted, for the purpose of support of social activity of the senior generation the award "Fakhry Murabbiya" and the breastplate "Mekhnat of fakhriysa" are founded.

For representatives of the senior generation in 152 areas and the cities the complexes "Nuroniylar of Maskanlara" are created, pension payment to all working pensioners in full, in areas is adjusted, areas and the cities public councils Nuroniylar, in makhallyakh - the Keksalar of Maslakhata groups are created, carrying out "Week of the senior generation" and "Month of tourism of the senior generation" became tradition.

At the same time for the purpose of full support, further increase in level of living and social activity of the senior generation in the country:

1. Determine that the Ministry of support waved also the senior generation proceeding from the main objectives and activities assigned to it holds in makhallyakh the following events for enhancement of work with representatives of the senior generation and elderly citizens:

rendering material and moral support to socially active representatives of the senior generation showing initiative in realization of the principle "One representative of the senior generation it is responsible for ten young people" in makhallyakh;

implementation of coordination of effective activities "Fakhriylar of kengashlara" in the ministries and departments, economic associations, and also irrespective of form of business at the companies and in the organizations, the groups "Keksalar of Maslakhata" - in descents of citizens;

expansion of participation of veterans of work in ensuring peace, improvement of social and spiritual climate in makhallyakh;

creation of system of regular visit of elderly citizens and representatives of the senior generation, persons in need in social protection, under the motto "Nobody Will Remain Unattended Also Cares", and also ensuring rendering the state services within programs of social protection;

the organization of various cultural and educational actions in the complexes "Nuroniylar of Maskana" and makhallyakh for the purpose of increase in social activity of elderly citizens and veterans;

ensuring effective activities of consultants of chairmen of descents of citizens for elderly citizens and veterans, other public structures in makhallyakh.

2. To the ministry of support waved also the senior generation (S. T. Turdiyev):

a) in two-month time together with Agency on cases of youth (A. Z. Sajdullayev) and the Republican center of spirituality and enlightenment (M. M. Hodzhimatov) to develop programs of rendering assistance in formation of jobless, difficult and problem youth by citizens, useful to society, by attachment to them the representatives of the senior generation and the intellectuals having life and wide practical experience respected in makhallyakh on the basis of the principle "One representative of the senior generation is responsible for ten young people".

Determine that representatives of the senior generation and the intellectuals are encouraged by fund on support of public work of veterans of Uzbekistan Nurony (further - Fund) proceeding from positive changes in education and behavior of youth in corresponding makhallyakh;

b) provide acceptance with descents of citizens of programs of work for improvement and gardening makhally within the national project "Yashil Macon" with wide use of initiatives and experience of the senior generation;

c) to effectively organize activities of the groups "Keksalar of Maslakhata" of descents of citizens for implementation of public control.

At the same time public control of representatives of the senior generation over the medical services rendered to the population, progress and attendance of pupils, level of ensuring employment assistance with the centers with work of citizens and rendering other state services in makhallyakh is established.

3. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of support waved also the senior generation and the Ministry of employment and employment relationships about prohibition of procedure for the termination of the employment contract signed with the worker in connection with achievement of retirement age by it, at the initiative of the employer.

c) and to elderly citizens with disability about 50 percent of cost of medicines on the basis of recipes of doctors proceeding from three-months requirement are compensated to elderly citizens with the diagnosis of serious illness.

At the same time the list of medicines will be approved with the Ministry of Health and the corresponding amount of medicines on the date of decision making by the Ministry of support is compensated waved also the senior generation;

d) to representatives of the senior generation expenses on acquisition of subscriptions for occupation by physical culture and sport in organizations in the direction of physical culture and sport (stadiums, gyms, pools and other sports complexes) are covered.

At the same time the monthly expense amount on acquisition of subscriptions which is not exceeding the double size of basic settlement size is transferred into the settlement account of organizations in the direction of sport;

e) to representatives of the senior generation the cost of tickets in the state theaters and the museums completely becomes covered.

To the ministry of support waved also the senior generation (S. T. Turdiyev) together with the Ministry of Finance (T. A. Ishmetov) and the Ministry of Health (B. A. Musayev) to develop and provide adoption in accordance with the established procedure of the draft of the regulatory legal act regulating assignment and financing of the measures specified in this Item by fund in a month.

5. To the ministry of support waved also the senior generation (S. T. Turdiyev) together with the Ministry of tourism and cultural heritage (U. A. Azamov):

buy two modern buses at the expense of the funds allocated to Fund for the purpose of the organization of excursion trips of representatives of the senior generation in republic sight;
