For the purpose of increase in efficiency of activities of economic society with the state share in the authorized capital - open joint stock company the Microcredit company "Fund of Development of Entrepreneurship", according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" decides the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1. Delegate powers of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic on realization of the right of the owner of state-owned property as the shareholder (participant) of open joint stock company the Microcredit company "Fund of Development of Entrepreneurship" from Fund for management of state-owned property under the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- bring the size of the authorized capital of open joint stock company the Microcredit company "Fund of Development of Entrepreneurship" to 117000000,0 (hundred seventeen million) som during 2022;
