About the direction of means of reserve fund of the government budget
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. According to the paragraph to the second the subitem 2 of Item 22 of the Section VI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Budget code of Ukraine to cut down expenses also the crediting of the general fund of the government budget provided to the main managers of means of the government budget for 2022 according to programs according to appendix which is applied and to increase amount of expenses according to the Reserve fund program 3511030 by the amount 50863945, of 8 thousand hryvnias.
2. To the Ministry of Finance:
provide coordination of expense reduction and the credits of the general fund of the government budget and their direction in reserve fund of the government budget, the stipulated in Item 1 specified resolution, with the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
after the specified coordination to make changes to list of the government budget taking into account the offers provided by the main managers of means of the government budget.
3. To the main managers of means of the government budget to provide to the Ministry of Finance of the offer on modification of list of the government budget in pursuance of Item 1 of the specified resolution.
