According to Articles 7, 15 and 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to the Law of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 2102-IX "About approval of the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine"", to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 64/2022 "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine", to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of March 04, 2022 No. 104/2022 "About financial provision of actions of legal regime of warlike situation", to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 25, 2022 No. 156 "About bond issue of internal state loan "War bonds"", to the Regulations on regulation of the monetary and currency markets by the National Bank of Ukraine in the conditions of the special period approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of November 06, 2019 No. 129/DSP for the purpose of ensuring defense capability of the country the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. The National Bank of Ukraine performs according to the appeal of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine bond purchase of internal state loan "War bonds". Purchasing amounts are approved by Board of National Bank taking into account situation in the financial market and condition of public finances.

2. Bond purchase of internal state loan "War bonds" is performed at par value, increased by the amount of the added coupon yield for date of acquisition.

3. The agreement of sale and purchase of domestic government bonds "War bonds" is signed by exchange of messages/letters between the National Bank of Ukraine and the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.

4. Domestic government bonds "War bonds" are recognized portfolio of the National Bank of Ukraine at par value, increased by the amount of the added coupon yield for date of acquisition.

5. The resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication and No. 64/2022 "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine" is effective during action of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of February 24, 2022.
