Questions of implementation of the joint "Main Credit for Small and Medium Scale Enterprises and the Companies with the Average Level of Capitalization" and "The Main Credit for Agrarian Industry — Ukraine" projects with European Investment Bank

Due to the military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine and introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine the Presidential decree of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides No. 64:

1. Agree with the offer of the European Investment Bank on refusal of some conditions (are applied to the original) the Financial agreement between Ukraine and the European Investment Bank ("The Main Credit for Small and Medium Scale Enterprises and the Companies with the Average Level of Capitalization" project) of December 24, 2014 and the Financial agreement between Ukraine and the European Investment Bank ("The Main Credit for Agrarian Industry — Ukraine" project) of December 28, 2015 and to allocate part of the borrowing facilities raised according to the specified financial agreements of 257 million euros and 382 million euros respectively for financing of the general fund of the government budget.

2. To the Ministry of Finance during preparation of the Budget declaration for 2023-2025, the draft of the Government budget of Ukraine for 2023 and subsequent periods to provide the means necessary for completion of implementation of the projects specified in Item 1 of this resolution and achievement together with "National Export-import Bank of Ukraine" joint-stock company as the Agent of the purposes determined by the specified financial agreements.
