According to article 64 of the Constitution of Ukraine, articles 12-1, 20 of the Law of Ukraine "About legal regime of warlike situation", to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides No. 64:
1. Stop terms of provision of administrative services by subjects of their provision, except terms of provision of administrative services in spheres of state registration of legal entities, physical persons entrepreneurs, state registration of the rights to real estate and their encumbrances, state registration of acts of civil status, subjects (persons) which perform activities during warlike situation and terms of issue by allowing bodies of documents of allowing nature for the period of warlike situation in Ukraine (except provision of the administrative services in the field of construction determined by the Law of Ukraine "On regulation of town-planning activities").
2. Resume the stopped terms in a month after the termination or cancellation of warlike situation in the corresponding territory of Ukraine.
