About approval of the Regulations on the territorial centers of completing and social support

1. Approve Regulations on the territorial centers of completing and social support which are applied.

2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

Regulations on the territorial centers of completing and social support

General questions

1. The territorial centers of completing and social support are the bodies of military management providing accomplishment of the legislation concerning conscription and military service, mobilization preparation and mobilization.

The territorial centers of completing and social support are formed in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, Kiev and Sevastopol, other cities, areas, areas in the cities.

Depending on amounts of accounting, draft and mobilization work the territorial centers of completing and social support are formed district (the integrated district), city (district in the cities, the integrated city) (further - the district territorial centers of completing and social support).

The territorial centers of completing and social support will be formed, liquidated, will be reorganized by the Ministry of Defence.

2. The territorial centers of completing and social support in the activities are guided by the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, acts of the President of Ukraine, resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, orders and directives of the Supreme Commander of Armed Forces, the Ministry of Defence, the Minister of Defence, the Commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the General Staff of Armed Forces, other regulatory legal acts, this Provision.

The district territorial centers of completing and social support as structural divisions of the territorial centers of completing and social support of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, of Kiev and Sevastopol submit corresponding territorial the center of completing and social support of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, area, of Kiev and Sevastopol in the territory of which responsibility they are according to the administrative-territorial device of Ukraine.

The direct management of the territorial centers of completing and social support and control of their activities are exercised by the corresponding operational commands, and general - Command of Land forces of Armed Forces which agrees on the main issues of activities of the territorial centers of completing and social support with the relevant structural divisions of the General Staff of Armed Forces and the Ministry of Defence.

Activities of the territorial centers of completing and social support are coordinated and goes the Ministry of Defence.

4. The territorial centers of completing and social support carry out the tasks assigned to them in interaction with Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the local state administrations, other state bodies, local government bodies, and also with bodies of military management, connections, military units, teaching departments (centers), organizations, the organizations, the highest military educational institutions and military educational units of institutions of higher education of Armed Forces and other military forming, Gosspetssvyaz, law enforcement and prospecting agencies, state bodies of special purpose with law-enforcement functions, public organizations.
